Great remote work but poor IT leadership and communication - Application Analyst Endeavor Health Employee Review

IT leadership since the merger is horrible. They lack the skills to manage teams. Poor communication. Complete lack of transparency. They care very little about staff. The culture has become non-existent and morale is the lowest I’ve ever experienced.
