Beautiful facilities and great culture. Great quality of care for what used to be a community centered hospital.

With recent merger of Northshore, Northwest Community, and Swedish Hospital there has been a hiring freeze and monopolization of leadership positions. No room for career advancement. Pays lower than market value of larger healthcare systems in the Chicago-land area.
