      All of the coworkers are great. Easy employee parking.

      - Benefits - below market salaries, no employer HSA contribution (new for 2025), low 401k contribution, yearly incentive bonuses are nothing (2.5%)

      Pros

      Remote work. Individual teams are made up of amazing people.

      Cons

      IT leadership since the merger is horrible. They lack the skills to manage teams. Poor communication. Complete lack of transparency. They care very little about staff. The culture has become non-existent and morale is the lowest I’ve ever experienced.
