      Keep in mind, it’s a call center. It’s stressful. It’s also a strict work environment. You have to stick to the script. Everything you do is micro-managed and the bar is constantly moved

      Pros

      Beautiful facilities and great culture. Great quality of care for what used to be a community centered hospital.

      Cons

      With recent merger of Northshore, Northwest Community, and Swedish Hospital there has been a hiring freeze and monopolization of leadership positions. No room for career advancement. Pays lower than market value of larger healthcare systems in the Chicago-land area.
