It's a great experience working at a prestigious international school with a small, exclusive student body—essentially a school for the affluent. The environment offers valuable networking opportunities, especially in the F&B and hospitality industry. Plus, full-time employees enjoy complimentary lunches, which is a nice perk.

Some coworkers can come across as snobbish, acting as if they’re superior to other staff. When a teammate leaves, their responsibilities often get passed on to you without a salary adjustment—unless you proactively request one from HR. Despite the high tuition fees the school collects, securing a raise can be challenging. Management tends to receive salary increases, but for those in lower-level positions, getting one is much more difficult.
