Good pay and professionals in PC BD technology, Good place to work as long as they had additional work coming in. Good working environment along with nice people. Subcontract business does follow a production cycle that has a tendency to go up or down.
Cons
Put to much of their business in the military projects. With Obama military cuts, many of the staff was released or layed off. Commercial business only amounted to about 25 to 35% of the total business for the year, military was the balance. New owners, mathews family will run the business into the ground with poor management, and not paying their suppliers on time, etc, Examples are US assemblies, ABC PC BD manufacturing were all closed after they bought them. They also owned part of EIT along with the Maines brothers.
