Pros
There are no advantages to this job.
Cons
MLM Scam!!! They expect you to work one hour a day for training, then will not give you full time hours unless you've dedicated your free time to kissing up to the CEO Amy and doing her every whim (e.g., cleaning the bathroom because there is no cleaning staff, organizing the storage room because there's no one for that job, etc.) and that includes volunteering for help, aka working for her for free, and only then will she 'consider' giving you a full time schedule, which was not was was promised AT ALL. Amy runs her company like a slave market, and treats her employees like slaves and property, all so she can "retire before 30". During a conference call we were told we should be GRATEFUL we don't have to buy the products before we sell them! Overall a horrible experience.
