I have worked for the company owned spa for 3 years, thinking this was craped how they are treating their staffs. then I moved to the franchise own spa, the same company and it has gotten worse. The owner is not a beauty therapist, but doing all the advance facial, this including LED and Derm facial. Too tight to send us training, so she decided to train us herself and made us go on Malachite on our time at home. Most of the time, we don't have a receptionist at front desk. With our 10 min or 15 min turn around time, we have to check clients out, answer the phone, clean and retail. Our incentive is 2% and if the team don't reach the monthly target, it drops to 1% but if you don't do your monthly malachite from home in your spare time as they set out for you each month. You lose your incentive.
