UNETHICAL - Sales Representative Endurance Employee Review

Pros

Fully remote and 40 hour weeks

Cons

You have 5 days of PTO for the entire year. The managers are training you to lie and trick people. They have you shadow with top performers and you watch them lie to customers to get the sale. The only way to be successful is to be unethical. When expressed that what is happening is unethical, and that customers are being lied to and tricked, you’re told just not to do it yourself if you don’t like it and then nothing happens because the managers have unrealistic quotas as well. They will pay you a lot of money, if you’re willing to scam people and play dirty. I would never work for a company that is so openly okay with lying to customers and to employees about what it’s like to be here.

Pros

Career-defining experience and compensation is excellent- the pay structure rewards strong performance. Strong benefits. They teach you how to master their sales process and lead sales teams at the highest level. The support and culture is unmatched- the CEO and leadership team are highly involved and transparent about where the company is headed, which is huge in a fast changing industry. Competitive and very rewarding. Built around growth. They provide all the leads and equipment needed to be very successful. If you have a passion for coaching and helping others succeed, there's a clear path into leadership and the support to succeed once you're there. Leadership roles are filled from within, giving high performers an opportunity to grow and advance their careers quickly.

Cons

It's a demanding role that requires consistency and a strong work ethic. You need to show up and perform every shift. That said, if you're driven, enjoy the work and motivated by strong earnings, it becomes a positive because the opportunity is there every single day.
