Great company. Nice team to work with.

Old and complex code base. Nothing to change in style.

Growing business. Competitive salary. Good benefits. Very friendly environment. Amazing office location in the heart of Downtown Portland. Tight knit group of employees. Management makes themselves available and is actively involved in day to day activities. Family like atmosphere, and ownership really takes care of their employees. I believe that TEG provides a great service to their clients. The management style of the owner Jim, and his son, Connor, compliment each other well, creating a nice balance among the leadership of the business. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience as a TEG employee. I only moved on because an amazing opportunity elsewhere fell in my lap that I couldn't deny I would recommend TEG to any ambitious Sales & Marketing professional, or a skilled writer & people person that is interested in trying their hand in the world of sales.

TEG is a growing small business, so there are some inevitable growing pains that come as a result of this growth. There is some trial & error as far as finding what works best for the business and it's employees.
