Pros
The only positive aspect of working at EnDyna was the paycheck—they pay well. However, beyond that, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Cons
Working at EnDyna was a frustrating and disappointing experience due to poor communication, lack of employee support, and an overall disregard for workplace morale. Leadership often made sudden decisions without transparency, and employees were terminated with no prior notice or warning. To make matters worse, they sent termination emails on President’s Day, a holiday, showing little respect for their staff. There was no severance package or job transition assistance, leaving employees without support. On top of that, the benefits were extremely limited—only 10 days of vacation and no designated sick time, making it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. Shockingly, they didn’t even have an employee handbook, leaving policies unclear and expectations undefined. The lack of clear communication, fair policies, and basic employee protections made it clear that employee well-being was not a priority. This experience reinforced the importance of strong leadership, fair treatment, and a company culture that genuinely values and invests in its employees.
