Pros

Enel Green Power and EnelX have interesting projects and rewarding missions- essentially all work revolves around green energy construction and development, or demand response, EV charging and energy management. Culture is generally very positive and flexible with flexible hours (as long as your role does not require shift or onsite hours) and remote work opportunities. The company puts a large focus on being moral and just, avoiding corruption and complacency. 4 weeks of PTO and almost 20 holidays

Cons

Management leadership is often lacking- decisions take forever to move through approval chains and the company leadership is not often diverse. Big corporate structure, for better or worse, so sometimes while they are a very self aware company, you still have to go through the corporate procedures and processes that sometimes fill up a lot of time and productivity. Pay is decent, but not always as competetive as other companies.

Pros

I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

Cons

That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

Pros

Holidays. Still has Hard workings employees

Cons

Disorganized management. Department heads fail to provide a clear vision and shift priorities. The more Rome influences USA the worst it functions. Management hear Employee concerns and then ignore them. Sketchy promotions and performance review. Many employee work from Europe do not understand how the USA functions. Knowledgeable employees leave and unknowledgable ones hired
