Cons
Infrequency of progression, non-transparent management techniques, fixed collective agreements with unions, government owned so control is off-central not distributed. Everyone is treated the same with restrictive set of rules for all employees with the exception of management. Salaries of the technically skilled people are comparable to the salaries of manual labourers/unskilled office workers.
