      laid back decent enough. as long as work gets finished you can relax

      Cons

      work pushed off on other people while they stand around all day. do what they ask and they will change it and say u didnt do it . others take credit for your work . things that need to be relayed will not if it doesnt benifit the upper person who was told.

      Some understand family , security, and some do their jobs

      Cons

      miss a DVIR you loose the truck and drive your personal vehicle in, if its not your job titile or anything to do with you work... your still gonna do it and if not.. well heres a write up or a manditory sick day that you need to use.
