      Pros

      Nice benefits package for new hires as well as 401k matching and great pay compared to similar jobs in the area.

      Cons

      Difficult to take vacation when understaffed, but that's understandable for the manufacturing environment. Nothing else I can think of at the moment.

      Cons

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
