      Ability to advance once capabilities are proven. Management will listen and allow you to plan and execute to achieve objectives without interference.

      Cons

      Incompetent employees allowed to exist without improvement. Overall a very good company to work for once acquisitions stabilized.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
