      Pros

      Great place to work. Very friendly environment, ability to travel to plants if need be, and ability to get training for your position. Benefits were decent. Always had events for families and for just adults.

      Cons

      Lazy workers are allowed to be lazy, in certain departments.

      Cons

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
