Horrible - Anonymous employee EnerSys Employee Review

Manager goes out drinking and comes back drunk to work. On the bright side, in the summer he is busy playing golf and never comes in. Rampant nepotism, no regard for employee safety, no raises for employees while managers get massive bonuses. No communication within teams or from US corporate.
