Pros
Pay, benefits, choice of 8 or 12 hour shifts (8 hour shifts means 6 day work weeks, but 12 hour shifts means a 3 day weekend every other week), uniforms and PPE provided by company.
Cons
Toxic work environment, no support from management or HR, grueling work conditions, filthy facilities, no smoking at all, even on breaks, can't leave premises even on unpaid breaks, one bathroom at front of building a mile away from most departments, equipment is always broken.
