Worst Management - Field Service Representative EnerSys Employee Review

Manager was not all invested into the company as he should be. He is part owner of a bar and all his time was spent there. He micromanages everything and with holds information from techs for power control. No personal time allowed. Go in blind to jobs not knowing what you need or don’t need. Every time manager had a job it was always wrong information never matched and companies have said that they disliked the manager because he was so unprofessional. Not much room for improvement or moving up.
