Pros
It is better than being unemployed - maybe? Other than that there are a few people in the company who are good people, but none at management or higher level.
Cons
Long hours, hard work and low pay. Management treats lower employees like garbage and lies to them. HR is only working for management, doesn't care about the average employee. If you complain they use it against you and you get written up.
