Unprofessional Senior Management - Customer Service Representative Enercare Employee Review

While initially excited to have joined the team it was within a few weeks that the true dynamic and atmosphere of the office was not good. The reporting manager was completely unprofessional, cold, rude, belittling and unapproachable. Truth be told one SHE was down right rude, unprofessional, condescending and passive aggressively abusive towards female employees. This was seen and known by all staff (new and long term employees) and coworkers both male and female. Staff turn over was constant. Within less than a year the department had seen approximately 7 people come and go. People walking away from even short term contracts just to get out. The fact that Executive staff were completely aware of this and has done nothing about rectifying the issue is even more disappointing. Overall what was initially supposed to be a great experience turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever really quickly.
