      Pros

      Manufacturing company located in Gray, Maine that puts employees and customers first. Great benefits including superior health insurance. Clean well taken care of facility. Senior management makes themselves present and available. Many opportunities available for advancement for those who have a good work ethic.

      I have no Cons. I have been with Enercon for nearly 10 years and love it.

      Great benefits, friendly coworkers, management is easy to talk to, great about being flexible for personal matters.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking at times, and pay could be a little better, overall though a good company!
