Then turn around and offer said person a promotion. To no calling and no showing. However if you’re anyone else you can’t do it. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where they force people to come into work when they need a double knee replacement nor does HR do anything to help the employees. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where they will tell you how little you might not receive the incentive bonus. Let’s be real. That’s just a hiring tactic. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where the company is growing so fast that they have to set unachievable expectations and expect you work Saturdays. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where they foster an incredibly toxic work culture. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where you can expect to meet the most amount of two faced management. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where the training is different for each person you go to and there is no real one way of doing something. Welcome to Enercon Technologies where certain departments will kick you to the curb after a few mistakes with no sort of increase in training. Yet that employee can move to another department and excel because they were actually given the opportunity to make mistakes and given the opportunity to learn and not shot down on the first mistake. If you expect any sort of morals or ethics from a company this definitely will not meet your expectations. This company lacks any sort of decent work culture. Management has zero form of integrity. Save your time and look elsewhere. The only good thing I got from this place is the knowledge of what not to do and how not to retain employees.
