Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to hear the thoughts of employees from all levels of the organization. I understand your concern with the 401k and bonus program. Energetx Composites is certainly eager to start contributing to the 401k program. We have plans to enhance this benefit by contributing to active participants as soon as possible. The company has taken a strong stance on minimizing and mitigating the cost increases on our major medical benefits which has prevented a focus on the 401k program. The forecast for the company has significant growth over the next couple months. We are regularly bringing new business in and expect to continue to do so allowing us to focus on programs such as 401k and bonuses. Last year we did experience a slight hiccup in production when one of our customers decreased their demand of product due to a slight decrease in their sales. Fortunately we were able to move several of our employees over to our sister company allowing us to ensure continued employment for these individuals while we worked through the new demand requirements. Since then we were able to bring all of our staff back, with the exception of those who elected to work elsewhere. We are grateful for the contributions of all staff members. The care and dedication to the organization by all members of the Energetx team are much appreciated. This is why we continue to pay above and beyond many manufacturers in the area and well above the local average for our production staff. Thank you for your feedback.
