Overall, I had a positive experience working as a Business Development Manager at Energy Assets. The role provided solid opportunities for growth, and the team environment was both collaborative and supportive. A special shout out to V in Marketing & ESG – her guidance and support made a big difference during my time there. She was a fantastic teammate who championed my ideas and helped bring them to life. I’d recommend Energy Assets to anyone looking to develop their career in the energy sector.

The only minor challenge I faced was with the CRM system initially not tracking my input correctly. However, this was quickly resolved with support from the IT team.

The positives – especially the strong leadership and positive workplace culture – far outweigh those areas for improvement. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and rewarding work environment.
