      Pros

      Great management, lots of autonomy to perform your role and the business is supportive. There's opportunity for progression to power engineer and then TSM so I can have a career here.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and customer facing, but I was made aware of that at interview so I don't mind it

      Some really nice staff members Power tech desk

      Cons

      Lots of driving 120-200miles a day Long induction process Gas tech desk . Awful bullying culture No upskill opportunities Plenty of hotshoes to be installed Skill fade on the electric side Cameras inwards and outwards facing Tracked for speed. Every job audited online Engineer audits every month 1-2 days. Not allowed to use initiative and have to clear everything through tech desk
