Pros
The culture is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and there's a great team atmosphere. Mgmt is always willing to talk or listen to suggestions. Hard work and commitment are recognized and rewarded. Also lots of opportunity to move around the company if interested in doing something new.
Cons
There is more work to be done than there are employees to do it. Everyone can be stretched a bit thin meaning they aren't able to give their full attention to one particular task and the end result suffers. This can also affect customer relations. However on the plus side this high volume of work equates to good job security, assuming you are a team player.
