Pros

Nice office, get to finish early on Friday, some nice people. Would do nice staff social events and nice leaving/special occasion gifts. Some good benefits.

Cons

Appraisals weren't great and little opportunity for career progression as small company. Maternity policy good but only get it after 5 years service. Not particularly flexible in terms of working hours but that may have changed.

Thank you for your review. The Covid pandemic changed how we work at ENA. The majority of our staff now choose to work from their homes for most of the week, coming in to the office only once or twice. We encourage staff to talk with their line managers about the working hours that suit them (e.g to take in to account child or family care issues). Staff are encouraged to highlight any training needs during the appraisal process. We have found this to be an effective way to empower our employees to choose the direction of their careers. I am sorry that perhaps you felt the appraisal system didn't work for you. Feel free to get in touch if you have further feedback, which we will use to help us make positive changes for our team.
