It is a rapidly growing company and this means there are plenty of opportunities for employees to grow and tailor their career path. Employee achievements are acknowledged in weekly company wide meetings and/or through a dedicated Slack channel. The company operates in three fronts - energy audits & consulting services; data management and the IT team than provides inhouse tools and website development. The amount of skill and knowledge transfer within the teams is incredible and truly a great bonus for people starting their career with this company.

It is a rapidly growing company and that means there are fewer people who are truly understand the full scope of things and can feel overworked and stressed out at times. But the company is aware of this and putting a lot of resources into expanding the teams and increasing capabilities. With offices across three provinces and with everyone working remotely over the last one and half years, there are gaps in communication but the company is trying to rectify that through the various PLs and mentors in the company.
