The company operates in three fronts - energy audits & consulting services; data management and the IT team than provides inhouse tools and website development. The amount of skill and knowledge transfer within the teams is incredible and truly a great bonus for people starting their career with this company.

It is a rapidly growing company and that means there are fewer people who are truly understand the full scope of things and can feel overworked and stressed out at times. But the company is aware of this and putting a lot of resources into expanding the teams and increasing capabilities. With offices across three provinces and with everyone working remotely over the last one and half years, there are gaps in communication but the company is trying to rectify that through the various PLs and mentors in the company.

Amazing work culture - there is a sense of community. Everyone is kind, genuine, and knowledgeable in what they do (super smart). Plenty of work events that bring everyone together and give you an opportunity to meet people across different teams. The flexibility is unparalleled - you get plenty of flexibility in your work hours and time off, which you wont find elsewhere. Supportive leadership - the leaders care and they are looking to support your growth from both a personal and professional standpoint. You are recognized for your contributions from both a monetary and non-monetary standpoint. Neal, the President, is one of the best leaders Ive ever seen. Interesting work and opportunities for new challenges - tons of interesting work and projects that you can be involved in. No shortage of new challenges. Growth/a bright future ahead - The company is growing and there has been significant improvements in the way that things are done, especially in recent years.
