Long Hours and high workload during peek periods.

Culture and flexibility are pretty good. Overall the people and the company are pretty well run.

People are regularly expected to carry a lot of extra weight. The company seems to be pretty set in its ways and regularly shoots down transformative efforts. Pay is also relatively low.
