Pros
5% match on 401k, GREAT stock bonuses and decent cash bonuses. You can see the impact your job makes on a day to day basis.
Cons
Base salary is on the low side but the stock and cash bonuses more than make up for it. Currently merging with ETP and the communication with the employees is not the best, but I guess that is to be expected.
