Culture resistive to improvement. Staff hands tied due to tight fisted senior management, resulting in rework, slow and more rework trying to go fast resulting in multiple hidden errors. Quality is second to profit or appearance of time to market.

Thank you for your feedback. We have numerous projects in play which include significant process and technology improvements. As one of the Best Large Employers in America as noted by Forbes, we have done substantial M&A which has crated growth and numerous jobs and opportunities. We will definitely not be satisfied with the status quo and will keep looking at how we can improve.

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.
Cons
The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
