      Pros

      Great pay, nice people, work trips during normal times

      Cons

      No one is taking Covid in this office seriously. It’s already spread to many people because of not wearing masks and not social distancing. They are not mandating vaccines for their employees either. I don’t like feeling unsafe in my work environment.

      Lack of Work Life Balance and WFH, lower bonus in comparison to other companies,. Lack of career progressions due to favoritism or promotion of lower qualified individuals who would remain loyal to leaderships interests.
