I wish there was a pay range listed of what our base/minimum should be.

Great Benefits/Elder Care Leave, Holidays, Location,

Lack of Work Life Balance and WFH, lower bonus in comparison to other companies,. Lack of career progressions due to favoritism or promotion of lower qualified individuals who would remain loyal to leaderships interests.
