      Good work/life balance, company not shy with spending on tools and training, very relaxed as far as expectations

      Cons

      Limited advancement opertunities, Very Clique-ish: must be part of the "good Ole boys" to advance, compensation for salary positions below industry average. Typical "Big Company" feel of being just a number- to the extreme

      Lack of Work Life Balance and WFH, lower bonus in comparison to other companies,. Lack of career progressions due to favoritism or promotion of lower qualified individuals who would remain loyal to leaderships interests.
