      Pros

      It's a small company with great leadership and a friendly environment. Growth is dependent on your own drive and more than half of the employees have been there more than 5 years. The location is easily accessible from everywhere, and everyone is treated more than fairly.

      Cons

      There aren't many. No 401K matching, not much work from home potential, but that's really all.

      Pros

      Every employee at EnergyLogic is extraordinary in their field. I've never been with a company so full of people who are driven, determined, and dedicated to their jobs. It's refreshing to feel like a valued team member, even from day one, and to know my company is constantly striving to better itself and grow.

      Cons

      The only one I know of is no work from home opportunity, and no 401k matching. But other benefits outweigh these.
