Ton of people have been let go under the new Schneider management

- The people there are genuinely kind and passionate - Lower level management are very supportive of those who work under them - Hybrid schedule; both WFH and in-office days - Good culture; fun events, volunteer opportunities, happy hours etc.

- Over time it got more difficult calling ourselves a consumer advocate, much of the decision making felt rooted in profit rather than true consumer protection - There were many oversights in decision making across teams that could have been avoided by consulting those who would be most affected and would have the most insight - Career mapping & development are poor
