Pros

I will share the first-hand experience with you. There was a guy working with us for 8-9 months, but somehow he couldn't able to deliver what was expected from him. one day HR intervened and decided to let him go. The way HR handled the overall issue was not ideal and miscommunication made it worse. When our CEO Umesh Bhutoria got to know this news and the way things happen with that poor guy, he got furious and felt extremely sorry for the guy. He called him and did his best to clear the things and expressed his sincere apology on behalf of the HR team. You would rarely see that level of empathy from your CEO who felt sorry for someone else's mistakes and lend helping hand to you. That's the pure nature of a leader we saw that day.

Cons

I just wanted to share the above incident with everyone. (Glassdoor wouldn't let me finish the review without entering min 5 words for cons, hence the explanation)

Pros

1. The CEO takes a personal interest in the problem of the employees and tries to solve them to the best of his capabilities. 2. The CEO does encourage to think out of the box and allows everyone their requested time for research and personal development and self-learning. 3. Working here taught me to care about people more as it is only then I am able to adhere to their needs and I believe it has made me a much better person as a whole. 4. Very positive work environment and if you feel low or need a break, a view from the 18th floor will surely cheer you up or a walk across the corridor.

Cons

the office is situated in a very busy stretch hence almost everyday parking outside is a challenge

Pros

No pros only cons. Not recommended for freshers.

Cons

Very less salary A lot of work pressure CEO thinks that the employees are machines No scope for growth CEO wants the job done just like the Thanos snap. CEO does not even has the knowledge of any technology and thinks that any job can be done within hours. Atleast, provide milk tea.
