Pros
At the time I joined the company, it was the co-workers. Now very few of them are left, and those who have not yet been laid off are stressed with taking on the responsibilities of those who are gone and wondering when their position will be eliminated.
Cons
Enesco makes figurines, and it's a dying business category. The private equity group that owns the company is doing whatever they can to squeeze every last cent of profit out of it.
