Truth is always horrible to hear and difficult to succeed over our faith. But the fact is "Truth is always the truth" It would be a guiding light for those who are waiting to get a job in Enfin technologies. I am anonymously writing these things for the safety of my future. Because an incident had happened before i left from Enfin technology. A talented employee who got a better job in an MNC was targeted by CTO(Enfin) and trapped with negative feedback given by Him(CTO). My colleagues and me too faced many negative events at Enfin. It was so poor and bad to reveal. The first cheapest deed of Enfin management is, cheating the people who were expecting 'a job at Enfin'. That means the 'Five star quoted reviews listed in Glassdoor' are absolutely there own creations, I witnessed it. The second one is, No one has ever received the PF, Even and amount was deducted in the name of PF. We don't know where it was gone. No appreciation, Workload, and no concern , treating the employees as slaves, Pressuring them by giving heavy work without proper Research and development of the difficult project. In shortly they will make the employees to complete the task within two months which may take to finish six months. - No Team meeting - No technical meeting - No personal talk Work Like a Slave, You will be Slave, Absolutely a Slave, The salve of Enfin technology Then about CTO - The living devil of Enfin - He is the mixture of immortals. - Sadistic nature and behaves like a mental patient. - Main hobby is to torture the employees, He feels very happy about it. - Allows no freedom and treat the employee like enemy when there are about to resign their job. - Making tired by giving too much work pressure that they could not finish their work within their notice period ends. - The CTO used to spend his time watching Porn films, It was witnessed by employees themselves while we were called for the discussion and a lady staff accidentally saw when he opened his laptop.
