Pros

Work from home, set your own hours, excellent ATS. Some employees are really, really great.

Cons

Management STINKS. "Raise your hand" is their favorite mantra.... until you actually raise your hand and get crickets in return. Compensation is EXTREMELY low. Seasoned recruiters will laugh at the compensation.

We’re disappointed E2E, Recruitment Solutions has not been able to meet your expectations as an employer. Recruitment on-demand pay can be somewhat difficult to understand; however, the current earnings potential is great given the amount of projects available. Secondly, we want to ensure responsiveness, fairness and professionalism towards all employees. We will continue to partner with management to ensure that we are hitting the mark in all of these areas.

Pros

The role is fully remote and offers flexibility. The direct manager is an exceptional leader and mentor who genuinely prioritizes their teams’ best interest.

Cons

Compensation does not align with a Recruitment Partner level role while the work being done is more at a Senior Recruitment Partner level.
