Pros
The people. Greatest group of people you could ever work with. The average tenure has to be over 10 years, as people rarely leave. I was shocked when I saw another post about turnover being an issue, because I see turnover reports and have never seen turnover rates higher than the single digits.
Cons
As with any smaller company, career development can be a challenge. We’ve really pushed cross-training to help employees gain new skills.
