Office full of young people who want to do socials
Cons
They do not care about employee wellbeing one bit. Expected to do 100 dials a day. High pressure on targets. They discriminate. Make you start half an hour before your contracted time to start as well as finished at 5:30/6, so your pay works out way less than a standard 8 hour day. Will make you vote their company for the best to work for hah! Not flexible when it comes to when you need to be working from home.
