Pros
The work isn't too hard. Can come in for overtime if they need you. PTO is added every week, and depending on how long you've been there, can receive more.
Cons
Could have a bad supervisor which could make work a bit more stressful. Sometimes they play favorites like any other corporate. My department cut overtime.
