Not serious - Not serious Engineering Employee Review

For the Belgian subsidiary is managed by inadequate and lazy people, the salaries are low and there is no balance between private and professional life. As a freelance I've been payed in late every month, this is not serious, that's why I left the company. As far as I know, they had a lot of trials with old employees as they think their paradigm is the Italian market and they have no clue about the Belgian markets and regulations. I sincerely discourage anybody, freelances or employees to work with this company.
