      They can work hard to get you the job for their commission.

      Cons

      No support or communication once you the job. You are just a head count to them. If you unfairly lose the job, they just do not care. They contact the company to replace the next day to get a new commission. They only hear the employer side of the story and stop communicating with you.

      Pros

      The firm's personnel made the on-boarding process very straightforward. My weekly timesheet submittals were processed properly, and my weekly wage payments were paid by direct deposit in my bank account on-time.

      Cons

      No complaints, as any minor communication problems were quickly resolved.
