      There are a lot of great programs which they run. The people are friendly and can be very helpful. Their office is located in an interesting area.

      Cons

      They are very set on their particular programs and it is somewhat difficult to introduce a new idea and get it in motion.

      Amazing opportunity to travel the world and work in developing world countries leading a group of students. Lots of flexibility.

      Cons

      They don't take money out for taxes so be aware of that when filing your W2.
