      Interview process was very quick and was hired right away

      Cons

      Company had no focus on what they were looking for and was laid off in weeks (yes that's right, not months). If you are already working at a great company, don't waste to join it. You will end up jobless

      I really enjoy working at Enginess, the people are amazing. There are many talented individuals who are passionate about their craft and it shows in the amazing projects they lead and deliver. There are many opportunities as the company is growing quickly.

      Cons

      Like every job, nothing is perfect, but there aren't any glaring concerns at the moment.
